How it all began

Long-term friends Luis Rubió and Björn Wild founded White Brand Hotels to offer a bespoke white label service management company for independent hotels. Both met each other in Mallorca in 2010 during a turn-around project where Luis managed the Finance, Reporting and Cash-flow as the Asset Manager and Björn managed the operations as General Manager.

As a team, they were able to convert a negative cashflow to a highly profitable hotel in a few years. Also, they positioned the hotel as the best in its category.

Over the last 10 years both have worked together on various projects in Mallorca, Catalunya and Valencia. In that time, they build their mutual trust and confidence from companies related to the HORECA business.

It was in 2019 when they decided to merge Tundra Hotels, belonging to Luis, with Björn´s hotel consulting company Wild Solutions, to what today is; White Brand Hotels. A premier white label hotel management company designed to optimize the hotel´s operational result, service standards and brand awareness of individually owned properties.

Beginning of 2020 Chris Judd, US citizen and a long-term friend who worked as Financial Controller for various boutique hotels throughout Europe, joined White Brand Hotels as CFO and Partner.

In October 2020 White Brand Hotels incorporates Gemma Riu as Director of Business Development. Gemma, an economist and IES and ESADE alumni was blown away by the unique concept of White Brand Hotels.

Luis, Björn, Chris and Gemma met as members of the advisory board of an investment fund in Barcelona and found their partnership as vital for the ongoing growth of White Brand Hotels.

What we do

Our goal is to protect the value of our client´s asset by building a strong brand awareness and a profitable hotel operation.

Our managed properties are treated as they were our own. We develop the existing brand, having in mind the nature of the property, location and sense of place. As white label operators, we are highly efficient and always transparent using the most up-to-date technology integrated to our clients´ operational systems to monitor revenues, costs, and guest experience.

White Brand Hotels conceptualizes and creates unique service concepts. We personalize a strategy for each hotel and find the right niche concept in order to create a specific guest experience. We focus through the implementation of policies and procedures tailored to each property combined with a successful sales, marketing and communications strategy.
