Simple, cost-effective and result driven fee structures

For our managed properties, our fees generally depend on the amount of time and energy we invest in each property. We believe in common success and only work with hotels where we are able to add value. Therefore, we typically work with a low base fee and a high incentive fee after completion of common set goals and objectives.

For pre-openings, turn-around or repositioning projects we generally offer a fixed monthly retainer for a certain period of time.
Our Asset Management fees are either paid by the hour or regulated by a fixed amount each month, which is the most common case.
